Due to the numerous mountain ranges with peaks over 7,000 m, Kyrgyzstan is often called "Central Asian Switzerland". We woke up early morning and started our preparetion for the summit. The weather condition was still very bad which was still gale and snowy.
Lifeguards, 63 from Gorazde, Mostar, Sarajevo,
Konjic, Bihac, Travnik, Zenica and Zavidovici, were assigned to search the
inaccessible and rugged terrain, find 3 injured people, providing them with
medical first aid and transported them to the database.
6 person from Turkısh Mountaineering Federation climbed to
theKlimanjaro between 25 january-1 february.All the persons reached to
the peak of klimanjaro.
Aconcagua, is the highest
peak on the South American Continent, 6963 altitude, above sea level.It is
located in Argentina, very close to the Chilean border.The expedition, that i
was part of,was organized by the “ Extreme Summit Team”, from Serbia, with
Dragan Jacimovic, as our leader, whose also the first Serbian, who’s climbed on
Mont Everest, with no additional oxygen needed.
Deep in the ravines cleft by small rivers, the shores are spanned by
high stone bridges. Some of them are real monuments, lying hidden in the
mysterious forests of East Serbia, as silent witnesses of a distant
past. These majestic arches, known as prerasti, are actually the last
remnants of former caves.
