INVITATION
We are pleased to invite you on August 26th, 2018, at 12.00 am at Cherni Vrah peak of Vitosha Mountain, to celebrate together the 123th Anniversary of the organized tourist movement in Bulgaria.
Representatives of the Bulgarian tourist societies, members of Bulgarian Tourist Union from all over the country, tourists from the Balkan countries, as well as state institutions for which the development of tourism is a priority, will take part in this national tourist event.
We sincerely hope that you will be able to participate in this national event, organized by the Bulgarian Tourist Union, Vitosha Nature Park and Sofia European Capital of Sport 2018, which proves that the ideas of the founders Aleko Konstantinov and Ivan Vazov have their followers today.

17,00 – laying flowers at the memory plate of Aleko Konstantinov in front of the Ivan Vazov National Theater from where in 1895 Aleko Konstantinov led about 300 people to Cherni Vrah

20,00 – Aleko Night at Aleko hut – celebration of the 123th anniversary of the organized tourist movement in Bulgaria

09,00 – start of the Mountain Marathon, Long Route: Ticket Center of the National Palace of Culture, – Cherni Vrah peak
09,00 – first group: tourist walking tour from Aleko hut to Cherni vrah peak
07,00 – second group: tourist walking tour from the place of the Golden bridges of Vitosha Mountain – Kumata hut – Cherni Vrah peak
10,00 – biking tour from Aleko hut to Cherni vrah peak
11,00 – a short version of the Mountain Marathon: Goli Vrah peak – Cherni Vrah peak

13,30 – lottery for the participants in the national movement “Conqueror of the Ten Mountain Top Peaks in Bulgaria”
14,30 – opening a shelter “2050” in the place of the Three wells of Vitosha Mountain
15,00 – concert of Planarski pesen – Philip Avramov Choir at Planarski pesen hut
